With my experiment, children (and me too) can learn how to ask questions and how to do simple experiments. This will get them to be curious about things they see around them, and that’s a GREAT skill to have! 🙂

I hope my experiment will help children to think scientifically about a subject and learn ways to ask and test a scientific question. In order to collect all your data you will need to become scientists and ask the right questions! You will also learn how to present this data in a scientific way and this could be very useful for any other projects you want to learn about in the future.
I also hope that by asking these questions and find out out the correct answers it will help you to learn some fun and interesting things about your own bodies which can help you make good choices about your lifestyle now and in the future!

I am looking to see what you know now about the area of regenerative biology and stem cells. As part of this, you will (hopefully!) learn a great deal more about the area than you knew before. Also, I aim to provide you and everyone involved the chance to have your opinions heard on this area and scientific research more generally.

well if I can measure how you feel and see how that changes when you are learning then perhaps we can make sure that each child has the right environment for them to learn best.

Children are the next generation of thinkers, scientists, poets etc. in this country. Yet we face an epidemic in this country which is obesity. An issue we have is that people do not like to exercise and struggle to control what they do when they exercise. So if we can find out how children pace during exercise and what the mechanisms are for this we can start to make exercise and PE lessons more suitable which could help to reduce the issues over over-weight in children.
