Men have a hormone called testosterone, which makes them more manly like develop more muscles and strength or have more body hair. Hormones are little messengers in the body which tell the body to do certain things. For example, if you are faced with a tiger, some hormones tell your muscles in the leg, that they should start running away from it.

So, basically, this hormone testosterone has been associated with aggression in men, because its present in men more than women.
