      Hey, what project would you like to know about? This project or my other research? I’ve only just started on this particular project because I want all of you to try and help come up with an exciting things to research with me! I have been studying anatomy for over 15 years though so I really love the subject.

      My other projects are based around tissue engineering or how we can build new parts of the body in the lab. I’ve been doing this for about ten years now and it is also really cool – happy to tell you all about it if you like!

      My current project, or job rather, started at the end of last November. I have taken over the areas of regenerative biology, stem cells and animal welfare, meaning I am expected to answer questions across all these areas from quite a large number of people!

      In my current work I will be expected to work on a number of different projects at the same time, which will overlap. For example I have started looking at all the research funded in the UK in the areas of regenerative biology and stem cells – and will be doing the same for animal welfare too.

      The idea of the project that I have set for you took a few hours to design. However to get to this point, and be able to give you this chance has taken me around 5 years. During this time I have run a lot of studies where we have answered questions that allow us to understand how we exercise. So the question I am asking you is based on well developed answers over a five year period.

      about 2 years

      I have been working on this project along with a collaborator from Birmingham University on doing this work in schools

      but I have been working on similar projects for much longer

      At the moment, I’m doing a PhD, which means that I did 5 years of study after school. And further on, I will have to do another 4 years, after which hopefully, I’ll get the title of a doctor 🙂
