We can see our breath in the winter, because the air in our breath is warmer than the outside air. When you exhale (breathe out), your breath also contains moisture. Because your mouth and lungs are moist, each breath you exhale, it contains a little bit of water in the form of water vapor (the gas form of water). This forms a cloud!
I love science, so if I weren’t a scientist, I would do something related to teaching science to the general public and interested school students like you 🙂
